MAINTENANCE:
The playing surface should be wiped off before playing, at least with your hand or the Slide---O disc bag. The playing surface will also improve after a few games are played to warm up the surface of the board. It is a good idea to turn the game over when not in use so dust and grit does not collect.
If you want the discs to slide better, the surface should be maintained by applying an occasional light coating of spray furniture wax, and buffing thoroughly. Should discs become difficult to slide, rub lightly with very fine sandpaper along with the grain of the wood. Extra discs are available from manufacturer at additional cost.
Take care of this game and it will last a long, long time.
